Cleaning and Maintenance Suggestions

• First use of crepe pan. Rise with clean water and wipe dry, apply a thin layer of edible oil (except butter and lard) as maintenance, and then clean before use.

• Avoid damaging the coating. Heat resistant nylon shovel, plastic shovel are better to use when you cooking. Please avoid to use sharp spatula or metal utensils.

• Heat transfer of this omelet pan is even. When using it, you only need to use medium to small fire to cook delicious food. When you using high fire, there must be food or water in the pan.

• Cleaning suggestions. You can use hot water and detergent with sponge to clean the stubborn stains , please do not use rough emery cloth vigorously to clean this pan.
